The Swiss Digital HR Prize unveils the candidates for the 2021 edition
The Prix RH Numérique Suisse is a benchmark event in the Swiss HR innovation ecosystem, dedicated to showcasing companies that make digital transformation a genuine strategic lever. alp ict is delighted to support this initiative since its inception in 2019.
For its second edition, 13 innovative projects were selected in two categories : Companies (+400 employees) and SMEs (-400 employees). The final candidates for the 2021 edition were unveiled on May 20, at the launch event held at FER Genève. The diversity of the business sectors represented is impressive.
On the same occasion, the finalists of the 2020 edition enthusiastically shared their feedback and all that the Prize had brought them: credibility and visibility, personalized coaching, quality meetings and networking. The project developed by SBB has changed the whole team's vision and their form of collaboration towards more holacracy. They are delighted with the in-depth innovation brought about by digital tools.

A jury representing innovation and HR
The 2021 jury, chaired by Sébastien Kulling - Director of digitalswitzerland in French-speaking Switzerland, and made up of HR and innovation professionals, will have the task of choosing two strategic digital transformation projects to win this unique prize in Switzerland.
They have a list of precise criteria such as the link with the company's strategic and operational challenges, the impact, innovative nature and digital dimension of the project to decide between the 13 candidates they will meet throughout the year, right up to the awards ceremony on November 4, 2021.
