The Swiss Digital HR Prize unveils the candidates for the 2022 edition

On Tuesday, May 31, 2022, the Swiss Digital HR Prize association unveiled the shortlisted candidates for this third edition. In the SME category (-400 employees), 5 Swiss companies from the public and private sectors have been selected to present an impacting and innovative HR project. In the Corporate category (+400 employees), 7 internationally-renowned organizations with headquarters in Switzerland are competing. The jury, chaired this year by Ludovic Bruchez and made up of HR professionals and influential players in Swiss innovation, will have the task of choosing two strategic digital innovation projects to win this unique prize in Switzerland.

About the Swiss Digital HR Prize

The Prix RH Numérique Suisse is the benchmark event in the Swiss HR ecosystem: its mission is to honor HR professionals in public or private organizations who are making digital transformation a genuine lever for strategic transformation, an opportunity to improve working conditions and a factor in the renewal of HR practices. The aim of the award is to encourage and honor HR professionals who have distinguished themselves through innovative projects in Switzerland.

In 2020, the prize was won by SBB in the Corporate category and Zenhausern in the SME category. In 2021, the prize in the corporate category went to ICRC and TL (ex aequo), while ValJob won the SME category. The People's Choice Award was presented to Batmaid in 2020 and Interiman in 2021. 

For this third edition, the organizing team has unveiled the candidates selected for 2022:

7 candidates in the Companies (+400 employees) category:

  • Vaudoise Insurance
  • McDonald's

5 candidates in the SME (-400 employees) category:

  • Adequasys
  • Ardentis Clinics
  • Collège Champittet
  • Lausanne Water Department
  • SIE - Intercommunal electricity service

A jury representing innovation and HR

For this 2022 edition, the jury will be chaired by Ludovic Bruchez, Member of the Executive Board, Deputy Head of the Department of Infrastructure and Human Resources of the State of Vaud and President of the HR Valais association. It is made up of HR specialists and experts from the world of Swiss innovation: Sébastien Kulling - Executive Director of the digitalswitzerland foundation, Frédéric Dreyer - Innovation & Ecosystem Manager at EPFL, Brice Rattez - HR Director at Société Générale in Switzerland and Caroline Deruffe - Specialist in skills assessment and development at TL.

They have a list of 8 precise criteria, such as the link with the company's strategic and operational challenges, the impact, the innovative character and the digital dimension of the project, to decide between the 12 candidates until the awards ceremony, which will take place on November 1, 2022 in a prestigious location in the canton of Vaud.

An initiative supported by Swiss innovation, HR and institutional players

FER Genève, JobCloud, Cursus formation, Swibeco, Groupe Mutuel, digitalswitzerland, Act/On Switzerland, Ganci Partners, Inetum, Avenir Industrie Valais, Alp ICT, Virtual Switzerland, Genilem Valais, OPI, and the HR sections of French-speaking Switzerland HR Valais and HR Genève support the Prix RH numérique Suisse. This year, the HRSwiss association and HRCampus, two new privileged partners from the world of HR, join the sponsors to promote the prize in German-speaking Switzerland and beyond. All these partners and sponsors are responding to an expressed need and a real-life issue for Swiss companies.

About the Prix RH Numérique Suisse association

The Prix RH Numérique Switzerland Association was created in 2019 jointly by Laetitia Kulak, President of the Prix RH Numérique, Founder & Director of Global HR Talents and Fanny Comba, Secretary General of the Prix RH Numérique, employer brand strategist, Founder & Director of Comba Consulting.

Eliana Spielmann Frei - HR Business Partner Tech at Sony has joined the organizing team as a Committee Member in 2021 to bring a more international dimension. For this new 2022 edition, Leila Claivaz - Executive Search Consultant at Ganci Partners and Laura Convertini - Head of Digital HR Transformation at Groupe Mutuel, both former candidates for the award, have joined the team as new Committee Members to bring a new dynamic.
