SyNNergy: the Vaud program to accelerate the digitization of your SME

SyNNergy encourages collaboration: each project must be led by a consortium of at least 3 companies, the majority of which are based in the canton of Vaud (although external partners may participate). The project must propose an innovative solution centered on digital technology and respond to a real market need, with results that benefit all partners and possible scalability beyond the initial partners. A key criterion is the quantifiable economic and societal impact (job creation, skills acquisition, efficiency gains, etc.).

Financially, SyNNergy co-finances up to 50% of the project budget, to a maximum of CHF 100,000. A significant part (20% to 40%) of the budget is dedicated to coaching (around 150 to 250 hours) to help partners structure, execute and manage the project. The remainder may cover eligible costs such as hardware, software licenses, external consultancy or internal development hours.

The SyNNergy program is a structured springboard for SMEs in the French-speaking part of Switzerland who want to accelerate their digital transition through high-impact collaborative projects, while benefiting from financial and strategic support in the dynamic context of innovation in the canton of Vaud.
