Established in 2019, the Swiss Digital HR Award has become a national benchmark for recognizing innovative initiatives in human resources. Organized by a committee of experts with the support of HR Swiss, the award honors public and private organizations that leverage digital HR transformation as a strategic driver. The competition is open to all organizations and SMEs based in Switzerland that wish to highlight an HR project with a strong digital component.

A transformative competition to accelerate the digital transformation of HR

The Swiss Digital HR Award recognizes projects that integrate digital technologies and approaches into human resources management: AI, HR data, analytics, automation, collaborative platforms, blockchain, and innovative recruitment and training solutions. Entries are evaluated according to a rigorous criteria set that includes the project’s innovative nature, its digital dimension, its impact on the company (performance, employer brand, employment), and its maturity as measured by concrete indicators.

For SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, this award provides an opportunity to showcase an HR digital transformation project, gain visibility within a network of experts and partners, and position themselves as an innovative player in a rapidly evolving field.
