Digital HR Prize Switzerland 2024 - Call for entries
Created in 2019, the Prix RH Numérique's mission is to honor, HR professionals in public or private organizations who make digital transformation a real lever for strategic transformation, an opportunity to improve working conditions and a factor in the renewal of HR practices.

With 8 evaluation criteria, 3 categories & 3 awards, 1 15-minute pitch and 1 awards ceremony on November 7, 2024 at the Vaudoise Arena, the Prix RH Numérique Suisse aims to
highlight companies and HR teams that have implemented
projects or measures in HR innovation and digitization. It rewards digitalization projects that have made it possible to:
- make a decisive contribution to the digital transformation of their organizations and the evolution of their business model
- promote good HR practices by helping to reduce the digital divide and develop a digital culture at the heart of their strategies and projects
- illustrate the need for cross-functional collaboration to meet the challenges of the digital revolution
- promote emerging trends or disruptive practices (AI, blockchain, predictive analytics, big data...)
- demonstrate the impact of HR projects on the values and social commitment of the company and its ecosystem
In addition to the prize and the ceremony themselves, the event's organizing team is offering a more comprehensive experience, with a series of meetings to keep candidates on track until next November, and participation in workshops, networking events and discussions with experts.

Participation

- Clear, creative and innovative application documents
- Link with strategic and operational issues and the
proposed digital solution/project - The project meets a business need and adds recognized

- Demonstrating the innovative nature of the project
- Project maturity measured through result KPIs
- Social and sustainable impact of the project on business
