Future of Health Grant (FoHG) 2025
The Future of Health Grant is a call for projects launched by CSS and EPFL Innovation Park to support digital health initiatives in Switzerland. SMEs and start-ups active in the fields of digital health, MedTech/Biotech and Life Science can apply, whether they are already established or in the pre-incubation phase, from all over Switzerland or from abroad if their solution is adapted to the Swiss healthcare system.

Stimulating innovation in digital health
The program offers non-equity financing on 3 levels:
- Ignition: CHF 10,000 and 3 months' support to launch the idea.
- POC: CHF 30,000 and 6 months' support to develop a prototype and a proof of concept.
- Validation: CHF 50,000 plus 12 months' follow-up for user validation or clinical trials
Levels are cumulative, so up to CHF 90,000 can be awarded to SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland to boost their projects, while benefiting from access to a network of professional coaches, industry experts and paying specialists (CxO as a Service), as well as dedicated mentors. Tailor-made support to accelerate development, with the backing of the CSS-EPFL network to validate and deploy solutions on the Swiss market.
