As a partner in Switzerland's 1st Digital HR Prize, Alp ICT is pleased to share news of the initiative. We believe it is important to encourage and support HR innovation in order to enhance the many digital transformation projects in Switzerland. At an exclusive event on January 30, 2020, the 6 members of the jury as well as the 10 Swiss candidate companies were presented in front of various private and public sector players in order to connect the various pillars and influencers of the HR and Tech scene in French-speaking Switzerland

A jury that bridges the gap between HR and innovation

Thanks to a jury that represents both innovation and HR expertise, the 1st Swiss Digital HR Prize ensures an objective and unbiased analysis of the entries. On the HR innovation side, Yann-Eric Dizerens chairs the jury as Director of Human Resources at FASe - Fondation genevoise pour l'animation socioculturelle. Alongside him are Samira Marquis, founder of Makers-ID, member of several boards of directors and former HR Director at Richemont, and Emmanuelle Savoie, HR Director at FER Genève. In addition, personalities such as Sebastien Kulling, director of digitalswitzerland for French-speaking Switzerland, Mathieu Delavy, product manager at BCV and Maxime Droux, co-founder of talent.com/neuvoo, which recently raised over CHF 40 million, represent Swiss innovation.

Candidates for the 1st edition represent the whole of Switzerland and all company sizes.

For this 1st edition, the objective was reached, representing the whole of Switzerland, from SMEs to major corporations, such as SBB (+35,000 FTEs in Switzerland), RTS (+6,000 FTEs in Switzerland), Batmaid (+2,000), or Société Générale (+35,000 FTEs worldwide and 500 in Switzerland). This diversity provides a rich and varied panorama of HR practices, setting an example for other companies wishing to be part of HR innovation.

Workshops, exchange platform and awards ceremony at a symbolic Swiss venue

To apply, you need to present a digital innovation project that has been implemented by HR professionals. The aim is to convince the members of the jury, whose role will be to determine three prizes, one for each category of company (small & large). Entries will be evaluated according to a number of criteria, including the creative and innovative nature of the entries, the impact and results for the company, the potential for value creation and development, and the personal appreciation of the jury members.

The Prix RH Numérique supports candidates throughout the application process through workshops and networking events. These exchange platforms are organized to pass on knowledge and raise the level of applications and skills.

The Swiss Digital HR Award ceremony will take place on June 9, 2020 at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, a symbolic venue in this year of the Youth Games just held in Lausanne last January and representing the future and the new. The 3 winners in each category will be announced, and start-ups active in HR Tech will also be on hand to present their innovations.
