A magazine dedicated to innovation in Geneva's industry

The " World of Tomorrow " series takes viewers to the heart of industrial and technological companies, to discover the know-how, diversity of professions and talents of companies at the cutting edge of their sector and leaders in their field.

Geneva's industry, a key sector for the canton's economic dynamism, takes center stage in this magazine broadcast on Léman Bleu, hosted by Delphine Seitiée, General Secretary of Alp ICT and produced by Industrie-Genève.

The idea is to reveal a hard-hitting, topical subject in each program. Innovations and projects often unknown to the public are revealed in an educational and accessible way.

Replay of the program on blockchain in industry 

The 36th program takes you on a journey of discovery into blockchain, a rapidly expanding technology. 

Often associated with the banking world, these applications are now revolutionizing a number of industries, and seem to offer definite advantages: security, transparency and traceability, all of which have yet to address a number of issues, including governance and the need for qualified personnel. 

Geneva is home to pioneering companies in this field: Wecan, the Swiss leader in blockchain software used by Switzerland's largest private banks, as well as Taurus, which has created a regulated platform to facilitate financial institutions' access to blockchain markets.

At the same time, the "Industrie-Genève" campaign reveals a dynamic industry that is shaping tomorrow's world.

Running alongside the show is the "Industrie-Genève" communications campaign, launched in 2017. Bringing together all the players in the sector, this campaign aims to introduce young people and the general public to a dynamic industry that is shaping the world of tomorrow. Its aim is also to promote training courses, centers of excellence and the many future opportunities offered by industry.

At the heart of the campaign, the industrie-geneve.ch website serves as an information platform about industry and as a showcase for innovation in Geneva. A series of exclusive in-company events is also planned, to bridge the gap between the digital world and the reality on the ground.
