Do you work for an IT company or department in French-speaking Switzerland?

Powercoders, a coding academy for refugees, is looking for companies that are potentially willing to offer internships to graduates from July/August 2020.

Interested? Then take part in Powercoders' Career Days and discover their IT talents.

These Days are one of the most important stages in the Powercoders program, as this is the day when the companies meet the participants. You'll receive the participants' CVs and a one-minute video presentation. After that, you can select your preferred candidates for a normal interview at your premises or remotely. Finally, you can decide whether one of the participants matches the profile you're looking for.

Program from May 11 to 20, 2020

May 5: receipt of CVs and a one-minute video presentation from each Powercoders candidate.

May 7: choose your top 5-6.

May 11 to 20: invite your best candidates for an interview (remotely or in your office).

May 20: let Powercoders know if you'd like to offer a course (starting in July or August 2020) and to whom you'd like to offer it.

May 25: Candidates begin their specialization, depending on your needs (AWS cloud practitioner&architect, systems and network management, web development, software and application development, data analysis and computing).

July 3: end of Powercoders training. Beginning of training courses possible.
