Automating Repetitive Tasks: A Real-World Use Case for AI Agents

Responding to customer requests, managing reservations, preparing contracts, or handling administrative follow-up: these are all time-consuming tasks that tie up the resources of small and medium-sized businesses in western Switzerland on a daily basis. This new edition of the Digital Series will explore how AI agents can automate some of these processes while maintaining human oversight. The highlight of the event will be a presentation of CoworkOS, a solution developed by the Valais-based company PG Management Sàrl and used daily by CoWorkingSion at La Bergerie. The demonstration will be accompanied by two presentations:

  • Grégory Zermatten, a partner at CoWorkingSion, will discuss the company’s initial needs and the operational challenges that led to this digital transformation initiative.
  • Sébastien Gacond, director of PG Management, will present CoworkOS, explain how it works, and discuss the integration of AI agents into coworking space management processes.

For SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, this event will provide an opportunity to explore the possibilities offered by agent-based AI through a business application that is already in use. Beyond the technology demonstration, CoWorkingSion’s experience will shed light on identifying tasks that can be automated, integrating AI into existing processes, and the desired benefits in terms of time savings, responsiveness, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to discover how a targeted digital transformation strategy can free up resources for higher-value-added activities.
