A structured program to accelerate the growth and impact of innovative and regenerative technology solutions
Tech4Regen aims to propel start-ups and SMEs towards an advanced stage of commercialization, internationalization, and industrial deployment. The program, which lasts between 8 and 9 months, does not seek to develop the core technology itself, but rather to help teams refine their business model, structure their go-to-market strategy, attract industrial partners, and prepare for fundraising.
The areas of interest cover several major areas of innovation related to ecological regeneration:
- agriculture and sustainable sources (agrifood, bio-based fibers, etc.), biodiversity and biological carbon capture,
- circular economy (recycling and reuse of materials)
- sustainable electrical systems and components for the decarbonization of infrastructure and industrial or IT technologies.
The acceleration program includes a series of in-person thematic workshops, personalized mentoring sessions, and opportunities to pitch and exhibit at international events.
For SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly those working in green technologies, energy efficiency, agritech, or sustainable business models, Tech4Regen represents a real strategic springboard. Beyond access to a dynamic ecosystem of cleantech and regenerative players, these companies can benefit from structured support to strengthen their commercial positioning, gain visibility with major industrial partners, and prepare for phases of rapid growth or capital raising. Finally, the equity-free format is particularly attractive for companies that want to benefit from intensive support without giving up shares of their capital and while retaining their strategic autonomy.
