Supporting women in Artificial Intelligence

Only 27% of tech jobs are held by women, and 22% in Artificial Intelligence. Excluding communication and administration jobs, the figure drops to 5% in AI. Why is this? What if it's a societal problem? How can we get moving? 

The impactIA foundation is fighting this battle, and is currently working on a publication entitled " AI, do you really want to keep me? " looking for solutions to keep women in the AI field and keep them coming back.
