Digital Observatory: a self-assessment tool for SMEs
Recommendations and resources tailored to your level of digital maturity
Between May and September 2022, Geneva's SMEs were invited to contribute to a survey on their digital practices. Over a thousand responses were collected and analyzed. The aim of this survey was to better target the business support actions implemented by the Department of Economy and Employment. This survey is part of a more global study on the integration of digital technology and its challenges, particularly in terms of responsibility, in SMEs. It is being carried out jointly by the Department of Economy and Employment of the State of Geneva, the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève, theUniversity of Geneva and ethix - Lab.
Analysis of the data collected has enabled us to offer a range of services to companies in the canton, including online and face-to-face training, as well as a platform for self-assessment of your company's level of digital maturity. In addition to a diagnosis, this platform enables you to compare your results with the statistics of other companies, and to receive personalized recommendations and resources to support your digital transition according to your level of maturity. It's an evolving tool that will continue to be enriched, enabling testimonials and the exchange of best practices between companies.
