The first Prix RH Numérique arrives in Switzerland
September 3, Digital Day, was chosen to mark the official launch of Switzerland's first Prix RH Numérique. The prize, supported by an association founded by 4 activists from the world of innovation and HR, recognizes professionals who are turning digital transformation into an opportunity to renew HR practices. All types of companies and sectors can submit an application by December 31, 2019. A jury of experts and influential figures in innovation will award the prize at a ceremony on June 9, 2020.
Innovation and digital transformation at the heart of the project
The Prix RH Numérique is coming to Switzerland to become a benchmark in the HR ecosystem, honoring HR professionals from public or private organizations who make digital transformation a lever for strategic transformation, an opportunity to improve working conditions and a factor in renewing HR practices. Aspirants to the prize are asked to share the implementation of disruptive projects, featuring, for example, Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, predictive analytics, the use of Big Data, etc.
An initiative supported by Swiss innovation players
Digital Switzerland, ALP ICT, OPI Industries Technologies, startupticker.ch, Genilem Valais, The Ark, Makers ID, the FER, the CVCI, the CCIF and many others have already shown their support for this initiative, which today responds to an expressed need and a real-life HR issue. All confirm that it's time to shine a light on the many initiatives that exist to set an example in bridging the digital divide.
Beyond the price
Submitting an application involves sharing a digital innovation project implemented by HR professionals, with no constraints on format. The aim will be to win over and convince the members of the jury, whose role will be to determine three prizes, one for each company category (small, large & institutional).
To achieve this, the organizers are offering workshops and training sessions reserved for candidates:
- Workshop "How to present an innovative application" on September 28
- Collective intelligence workshop on January 30
- How to pitch well" conference on May 14
- Ceremony and final pitch on June 9
Entries will be evaluated according to a number of criteria, including the creative and innovative nature of the applications, the impact and results for the company, the potential for value creation and development, and the personal assessment of the jury members.
