The Swiss Digital Center, The Ark Foundation and their partner, the Chambre Valaisanne de Commerce et d'Industrie, are organizing their second "Digital Series" event on Tuesday June 11. The aim of this series of events is to present concrete examples of digitalization tools that can help SMEs boost their productivity.
Digitization in SMEs: concrete examples & feedback
This 2nd session of the Digital Series will present how Buchard Voyages, an SME based in the Valais region, has succeeded in digitizing its business and some of its key processes. This case study will enable you to assess digital transformation initiatives in the travel industry as well as in the management of a mechanical workshop.
The actions implemented thanks to the support of Spektrum will be described in detail, and you will be able to discover tailor-made digital solutions that have made it possible to digitize repair orders, from creation by the administration, through customer invoicing, to entry of the work by the mechanics.
