Motivations
Many industrial SMEs are facing profound changes in development, industrialization and production processes and resources linked to the arrival of Industry 4.0 technologies.
Most industrial groups - including those creating high value-added products using traditional know-how - are convinced that the future will be made up of an intelligent, balanced marriage between people and new technologies, with the latter serving the former. The trend on the job market shows a decline in basic skills, in favor of technological and soft skills.
This observation raises a recurring question: How can we deal with the transformation of our businesses to ensure the future performance and employability of our employees?
