A first in French-speaking Switzerland: the Prix RH Numérique

Digital transformation is one of the major challenges facing our professional environments. France has already honored the Digital HR function with 5 editions of the Prix du DRH Numérique.

The Prix RH Numérique is coming to French-speaking Switzerland to become a benchmark in the HR ecosystem honoring, from 2019, HR professionals in public or private organizations who make digital transformation a real lever for strategic transformation, an opportunity to improve working conditions and a factor in renewing HR practices. Alp ICT is delighted to be partnering and supporting this fine initiative.

 

Calling all HR professionals involved in innovation and the Swiss HR disruptive scene

The Digital HR prize is designed to congratulate companies and HR teams that have implemented digitalization projects or measures.

Have you set up an innovative project in your company? Have you and your team initiated a digital transformation? Have you implemented an innovative technology? Whatever your context, submit your application! AND YOU, HR, decide how you want to present it.

Apply with an innovative project and become the first Swiss organization to win the Prix RH Numérique.

The award will be presented at an event in 2020. A jury of experts will evaluate the entries according to various key criteria, and 1 prize will be awarded per company category (small businesses, large companies & institutions).

A 3-hour workshop is organized on September 28, 2019 to help you present an innovative application. Led by an expert in HR Communication and Digital Marketing, it will give you all the tips you need to present and exhibit a creative application.
