Created in 2019, the Prix RH Numérique's mission is to honor HR professionals in public or private organizations who are making digital transformation a genuine lever for strategic transformation, an opportunity to improve working conditions and a factor in the renewal of HR practices.

The organization has identified a number of areas that will be used to identify the winning projects:
- evolution: promoting HR Departments and HR teams that make a decisive contribution to the digital transformation of their organizations and the evolution of their business model
- development: promoting good HR practices that help bridge the digital divide and develop a digital culture at the heart of their strategies and projects
- collaboration: demonstrating the need for cross-functional collaboration to meet the challenges of the digital revolution
- innovation: identifying and promoting HR projects that illustrate emerging trends or disruptive practices (AI, blockchain, predictive analytics, big data...)
- impact: demonstrating the lasting impact of HR projects on the values and social commitment of the company and its ecosystem.
