#LeMondeDeDemain on Léman Bleu: 9th program on virtual technologies
A series of programs on Léman Bleu showcasing Geneva's industry, a key sector in the canton's economic dynamism.
Launched in early 2019 and hosted by Delphine Seitiee, Ecosystem Manager at Alp ICT, the program "Le Monde de Demain" unveils the innovation of Geneva-based companies, large and small. Plunged into the heart of industrial and technological companies, the audience discovers the know-how, diversity of professions and talents of companies at the cutting edge of the sector and leaders in their field.
Hot topics such as the Internet of Things, robotization, drones, blockchain and cybersecurity will be covered. The idea is for each program to reveal a hard-hitting, topical subject, touching the lives of the general public. Innovations and projects often unknown to the public will be unveiled in a way that is educational and accessible to everyone.
The show is broadcast every Monday of the month at 8.44pm, 9.44pm, 11.44pm, then every hour until the following day, Tuesday, at 5.44pm.

After intelligent parking, robots, watchmaking, perfumes, business models, training, industrial design and agri-food, the show turns its attention to 3D immersion, a technology with enormous potential. You'll discover companies developing these virtual technologies, some of which are already in use in industry and will be part of the daily environment of tomorrow's professionals.
Meet Sylvain Chagué, founder and CTO of Artanim and Dreamscape, as well as Diemer Cohen Stuart and Michel Curina, co-founder and CTO of VLabs. On the set, Marco Mari, founder and director of swissBIM, a company specializing in building data modeling, explains what BIM (Building Information Modeling) is.
At the same time, the "Industrie-Genève" campaign reveals a dynamic industry that is shaping tomorrow's world.
Running alongside the show is the "Industrie-Genève" communications campaign, launched in August 2017. Bringing together all the players in the sector, this campaign aims to introduce young people and the general public to a dynamic industry that is shaping the world of tomorrow. Its aim is also to promote training courses, centers of excellence and the many future opportunities offered by industry.
At the heart of the campaign, the industrie-geneve.ch website serves as an information platform about industry and as a showcase for innovation in Geneva. A series of exclusive in-company events is also planned, to bridge the gap between the digital world and the reality on the ground.
The "Industrie-Genève" campaign is the result of fruitful cooperation between all players in the sector: the Geneva Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIG), the Union Industrielle Genevoise (UIG), the Office de promotion des Industries et des Technologies (OPI), the Fondation pour les Terrains Industriels (FTI), the Direction générale du développement économique, de la recherche et de l'innovation (DG DERI - State of Geneva), HEPIA, SIG and UNIGE.
