Inauguration of the Wireless Competence Center, one of the first zero-carbon buildings in Switzerland
On April 13, 2021, Phonak Communications inaugurated the Wireless Competence Center in Murten, one of the first carbon-neutral office buildings in Switzerland. Phonak is part of the Sonova Group, a business with strong digital ties. It employs around 180 people who develop and market miniaturized communication and hearing protection systems.
This innovative building is part of Sonova's sustainability program, whose objectives include a continuous reduction in the company's environmental impact. The entire Sonova Group aims to achieve carbon-neutral operations by the end of 2021.
