Immomig expands in the canton of Fribourg
Immomig is the Swiss market leader in real estate software, and since it was founded in 2004 it has continued to develop, focusing on technological innovation.
After 4 years in German-speaking Switzerland, IMMOMIG SA's head office has returned to the Canton of Fribourg, a move prompted by Fribourg's tax reform. This marks the start of a major project involving the construction of new offices and the creation of numerous jobs.
Relocated to Granges-Paccot on January 1, this administrative change is the first stage in a multi-year project supported by the Commune of Guin (FR), the Canton of Fribourg and the Swiss Confederation.
IMMOMIG SA has acquired a plot of land in the municipality of Guin, one of the last in the so-called "Arbeitszone Birch". The move to the new building, which can accommodate up to 70 employees, is scheduled for early 2023. For the time being, the Fribourg SME's employees working in Switzerland are based in Sursee (LU) and Granges-Paccot (FR).
State Councillor Olivier Curty is delighted with the building project: "I'm delighted that this stage in IMMOMIG's expansion is being carried out in the canton of Fribourg, and that it will enable the company's head office to be relocated here.
IMMOMIG SA employs around forty people in Switzerland, as well as in Serbia. Eventually, the Fribourg-based company aims to bring all its employees together at its future site in Guin. Numerous high value-added jobs will be created, particularly in sales and IT. Since the beginning of the year, the company has already created more than 5 jobs.
Today, IMMOMIG SA has over 600 customers and 6,000 users (up from half in 2015), and has just acquired a well-known one: DBS Group (600 employees and 10 brands in Switzerland). This signature is a guarantee of quality for the solution developed by IMMOMIG SA, and an additional motivation to improve it even further.
