A smart LMS to support the digital transformation of SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland
Mobiletic is a company specializing in digital training and skills management solutions. Its core business revolves around the development of an LMS (Learning Management System) consisting of a suite of modules designed to create, deliver, and manage digital learning pathways.
All the knowledge held and generated by the company and its employees becomes a dynamic asset through the use of artificial intelligence technologies.
msuite: a digital and modular platform for managing training and skill development.
msuite comprises several functional modules designed to address the specific needs of organizations, teaching teams, and learners, including:
- Smart content creation: With the mscripta module, quickly transform existing documents (PDFs, presentations, office documents) into standardized, structured, and interactive e-learning modules. Thanks to AI, scriptwriting, content segmentation, and instructional structuring are largely automated, while remaining fully customizable.
- Augmented skills assessment: With the mactiv module, assessment goes beyond traditional formats such as multiple-choice questions or closed-ended exercises. Learners can respond using free-form text, audio, or images. The AI then analyzes the responses based on predefined educational criteria while providing immediate feedback.
- A conversational learning assistant: With the mchatbot module, you can deploy an AI-powered conversational assistant in just a few clicks. Linked to training content, it adapts to each user’s profile, role, learning path, and history to provide context-sensitive and relevant responses.
Digitalization and Personalization of Training Through AI: A Strategic Lever for SMEs
Against the backdrop of accelerating digital transformation, ongoing employee training is becoming a strategic priority for businesses. According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025*, 59% of the global workforce will need to be trained or reskilled by 2030, while nearly 40% of current skills are expected to evolve or become obsolete due to technologies such as artificial intelligence. These changes are also expected to affect more than one in five jobs by the end of the decade, underscoring the importance for organizations to develop strategies for training and continuous learning.
With its LMS platform and MSuite, Mobiletic offers Swiss SMEs a comprehensive solution to digitize their training processes, promote workplace inclusion, and support skill development in an ever-changing economic landscape.
The monthly meeting place for SMEs to identify digital solutions
#TechDemo is the place to be for SMEs looking for digital solutions. Each month, we present a practical, innovative application to help you open up new opportunities, or simply make your day-to-day business easier. These events are free and require registration. They feature a 20-minute practical demonstration of the tool, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session.
“Just playing around with the tool isn’t enough anymore.”
As a member of the trio behind the Data & AI Observatory, Alexandre Caboussat joined us in a recent episode of #TechTalk to discuss training challenges related to digital transformation. Drawing on the Observatory’s 2025 findings— and noting that people can already contribute to the 2026 study —Alexandre made a clear point: “Just playing around with the tool isn’t enough anymore; we really need to be able to design career development and skills development pathways,” noting that between 70 and 80% of current employees are completely out of step with the emergence and integration of these new technologies.
