InnoPME: Masterclass
InnoPME is a program created by the Service de la promotion de l'économie et de l'innovation (SPEI) in partnership with Strategyzer, the world leader in innovation programs. It is open to all SMEs with between 10 and 250 employees in the Canton of Vaud. The program comprises 2 parts - Masterclass & Innovation Sprint - which you can combine or follow independently.

InnoPME: focus on the Masterclass
2 days combining theory, examples and practical application on your own case, during which you will familiarize yourself with the tools and learn the methodologies essential for analyzing and strengthening your company's business model by identifying new opportunities for value creation.
The limited number of participants (30 to 50 maximum) means you can have in-depth discussions with your peers and coaches.
