Industry Day 2024
EPFL's Faculty of Engineering Sciences and the Vice Presidency for Innovation are pleased to announce the 6th edition of Engineering Industry Day on Thursday March 14, 2024. This event aims to bring together academia and industry. It offers a targeted platform for PhD students, researchers, professors and SMEs to engage in in-depth discussions and explore synergies.

Engineering Industry Day: research & entrepreneurship at the heart of technological innovation
The event program includes round tables and plenary presentations, and will delve into themes aligned with the School of Engineering's areas of research, namely:
- Materials and processes
- Energy and sustainable development
- Robotics and intelligent systems
- Health and medical technologies.
The focus will also be on Artificial Intelligence, with an introduction by Dean Ali H. Sayed on the subject of engineering in the AI era. In parallel, a series of stands will present innovative research projects from EPFL, and numerous networking opportunities will enable researchers and members of industry to discuss possible synergies and technology transfers between the academic and entrepreneurial worlds.
