Digital Series: Bonvin Nettoyages x WebEvolutions
On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, a new session in the Digital Series will be held in Sierre, organized in collaboration by the Swiss Digital Center, The Ark Foundation and the Valais Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The case study will focus on the Bonvin Nettoyages company, which has transformed its operational management, from planning to invoicing, thanks to the Sunkhronos tool, an inspiring journey to the heart of concrete digital transformation.

Bonvin Nettoyages SA has been a family-run business in the Valais region for over twenty years, and has established itself as a leading regional player in building maintenance, specialized cleaning and janitorial services. Until recently, however, the company's internal organization was based on a patchwork of disparate tools: Excel files, paper forms and WhatsApp exchanges. A system which, despite its apparent flexibility, quickly revealed its limits, between cumbersome administration, complex follow-up and increased risk of errors.
Aware of these obstacles, management decided to take a step forward by opting for a locally-developed digital solution: Sunkhronos, a modular, mobile-first platform developed by WebEvolutions Sàrl, a Valais-based company.
Rather than opting for a standardized ERP system, the company opted for an agile tool, designed to evolve with its specific needs and now enabling centralized, field-connected management.
