September 29, 2026 - September 29, 2026
Microcity − Neuchâtel

On September 29, 2026, the AI Swiss association is organizing another Brain2Brain event in Neuchâtel, focused on digital maturity and the adoption of artificial intelligence in organizations. This event will seek to move beyond the question of tools to focus on the conditions necessary for the effective integration of AI into companies’ processes, decision-making, and work methods.

From a Few Individual Applications to True AI Maturity

While ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and other solutions are rapidly gaining traction in professional settings, their occasional use does not necessarily mean that an organization has truly integrated AI. This Brain2Brain issue specifically examines what it takes to take that next step: data quality and availability, process structuring, skills, governance, investments, and change management.

The roundtable discussion, which will feature Stéphane Fallet (Embiggen X), Charles-Edouard Bardyn (domo.health), Sven Amiet (Emch+Berger SA Lausanne), and Pedro Costa (Lumind), will focus on topics such as how to assess an organization’s digital and AI maturity, the choice between a technology-driven or business-needs-driven approach, the transition from pilot projects to operational use, measuring return on investment, and the trade-off between in-house solutions and the use of major platforms. The discussions will also provide an opportunity to compare the realities faced by industry, engineering, large corporations, and SMEs, before opening the floor to questions from the audience.

For SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, the value of the event lies in the opportunity to situate AI within a broader discussion of their own level of digital maturity. Beyond simply adopting new tools, the goal is to identify the prerequisites that are truly necessary, the processes in which AI can create value, and the organizational transformations that must accompany its deployment. This approach is particularly useful for moving from a series of ad-hoc experiments to a structured, measurable adoption strategy tailored to the company’s actual needs.
