The Swiss TecLadies program is committed to a future where women in Switzerland play a central role in the fields of technology and IT. By cultivating the potential of girls and women through mentoring, dynamic learning experiences and a supportive network, the aim is to work towards an inclusive technological environment, driven and inspired by women.

Swiss TecLadies, supported by the Swiss Academy of Technical Sciences, is a program that offers the opportunity to explore science and technology through inspiring and varied activities. The program is supervised by committed female mentors who are passionate about their profession. Each mentor personally accompanies and supports a mentee for the duration of the program.
