Scale-up Coaching is the most advanced phase of Innosuisse’s support program. It offers targeted support to help companies refine and execute their growth strategy, particularly by establishing scalable processes, strengthening internal organization, and preparing for entry into international markets. The program runs for up to 24 months and offers a coaching voucher worth up to CHF 75,000, which can be used with accredited coaches who are experts in business development, financing, strategy, or intellectual property.
To be eligible, startups must meet several stringent criteria: they must offer a science- or technology-based innovation, demonstrate strong market potential, have a scalable business model and a structured team (at least five full-time equivalents), as well as the ability to grow rapidly. The program is particularly relevant for companies active in technology-intensive fields—digital, artificial intelligence, medtech, deeptech, or advanced industrial solutions—where scaling challenges are critical.
