Your mission

You will work in close collaboration with the entire OPI team to drive and develop the visibility, communication and activities of Alp ICT, the platform for networking and promoting information and digital technologies in Western Switzerland.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

Multimedia communication

Consolidation and optimization of the Alp ICT platform's communication activities
Developing a multimedia communications strategy and plan
Design and editing of written, visual and audiovisual content in the digital field for various communication channels: website, social networks, newsletter, etc.
Help with video shoots and post-production

Network management

Website management (updates, maintenance and use of new functionalities)
Management and development of social networks: LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram

Partnerships / Media relations

Developing and monitoring communications partnerships
Media relations management

Events

Organization of professional events in Western Switzerland
Participation in partner events

Your profile

We're looking for an autonomous, curious and rigorous person with at least 2 years' experience in digital communications and/or multimedia project management. You have excellent writing skills and the ability to identify and orchestrate the essential elements for effective communication. You have a strong interest in digital technologies (Big data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, etc.) and are sensitive to the challenges associated with the digitalization of companies.

You have the following technical skills:

You are proficient in the Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
You are familiar with the functionalities of social networks: LinkedIn, YouTube Creator Studios, Instagram and Twitter.
You are familiar with newsletter creation tools (MailChimp, Infomaniak, etc.).
You have experience of using video editing software such as Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
You are at ease in Back Office environments such as WordPress.
You've already explored SEO and community engagement techniques
You like to discover and explore creative tools such as Canva, Topaz, Jasper.ai, Typeform and more.
