In 2018, Alp ICT continued its commitment to the economic development of Western Switzerland, on a regional, national and international level:

• Strengthening the competitiveness of Western Switzerland's economic fabric
• Showcasing and promoting "Swiss-Made" digital technologies
• Raising awareness among SMEs of the challenges and strategies they need to adopt to digitize their businesses
• Enabling companies to be positively impacted by the digitization of the economy

These objectives have been achieved through 3 main lines of action:

• Promotion: Alp ICT highlights innovation projects, companies and their successes through various channels: articles, videos, newsletters, social networks and events.
• Sharing experiences: Alp ICT organizes confidential events for SMEs to raise their awareness of the opportunities offered by technological innovations.
• Co-innovation: Alp ICT facilitates inter-company collaboration for disruptive new approaches and new business models.
