IT-Akademy seeks occasional trainers for development school
Computer School and Digital Actor
IT-AKADEMY is a training organization specializing in web technologies, support for digital transition and cybersecurity ; based in Villeurbanne Charpennes and Lyon Confluence, member of the Digital League and Lyon French Tech.
This specialized digital school trains professionals, technicians and engineers up to Bac+5 level, on a sandwich or continuous basis, for careers as IT Developers, Data and Network Administrators and Project Managers. As part of its curriculum, it also prepares students for certification by software publishers.
Two new promotions starting in September 2018
Having responded to the call from the Communauté de Communes du Pays de Gex (CCPG), IT-Akademy has set up in Pays de Gex, at the Technoparc business incubator in Saint-Genis-Pouilly, in order to expand territorially into French-speaking Switzerland.
The school will be launching two promotions, entrusted by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region as part of the "Train for Employment" call for tenders, for which it has formed a consortium with the Greta and Lyon universities:
- Web & mobile developer (level III certification)
- Digital Developer (level III pre-certificate)
Search for professional lecturers who are still in production and certified in their fields
In this context, IT-Akademy is looking for freelance developers willing to share their knowledge of networks, virtualization, Python, Ruby, HTML5, PHP and current frameworks, APIs, Web security, CSS3, UX, Ajax, responsive design CMS, node.js, iOS/Swift 3 or 4, etc., as well as English, ICT law, either in occasional collaboration, over a full week of courses, or on a fixed-term contract.
They would ideally be based within a 50 km radius of Geneva: Bourg-en-Bresse, Bellegarde, Pays de Gex, cantons of Vaud and Geneva, French Genevan area, Annecy, etc.
