It offers training sessions, expert mentoring and a support network for founders of innovative companies with international ambitions who have already raised significant funds.

Accelerating the digital success of Vaud's SMEs
The 4th edition of the LeadiNNg to Scale Up program supported by Innovaud, in collaboration with IMD, has been designed for entrepreneurs and the next generation of technology companies. Over the years, the program has been enriched by the feedback of more than 40 former participants, who have benefited from the guidance of extraordinary experts and entrepreneurs, from Switzerland to Silicon Valley and all over Europe, and have thus been able to take the decisive step of scaling up.
The main themes addressed during the program cover three pillars: leadership, organizational design and the strategic dimension. They will enable you to deepen your knowledge and learn how to..:
