The BCVs Creators' Prize launches its 14th edition

by Alp ICT

The Prix Créateurs BCVs launches its 14th edition. This year's winners are sure to be lucky, as was the case last year with the success of Fondation Emera and start-up ProSeed (winner of the finalists' "Coup de Coeur" award). Promotion économique Valais and Banque Cantonale du Valais, co-organizers of the prize, are calling on innovative project leaders to submit their applications by March 12. A total of CHF 30,000 will be awarded to two winners. The five finalists, selected by a panel of experts, will also benefit from extensive visibility. The prize-giving ceremony is scheduled for May 25, while the Prix Coup de Coeur of former finalists will be awarded at the Foire du Valais in the autumn.

Launched in 2007, the Prix Créateurs BCVs has maintained its primary objective over the years: to reward innovative projects in all fields of activity. As in 2022, five finalists will be chosen by the Prize Jury. These five projects will receive extensive coverage in the Valais media, the event's partners. The public will be able to vote for the overall winner, who will take home CHF 10,000 in cash and CHF 15,000 in coaching services. The Prix Créateurs BCVs will be presented at a gala evening on May 25.

The Prix du Club des anciens finalistes will also be awarded to one of the five finalists. It will be officially awarded at the next Foire du Valais in Martigny, in the new Innothèque area. The winner, chosen by the vote of former finalists, will receive CHF 5,000.

Application deadline: March 12

Participation is open to projects submitted by individuals or companies domiciled in the Valais and scheduled for implementation within the following year. Existing companies can also enter, provided they are proposing a new idea for a product or service. Above all, projects must be innovative and creative! Entry conditions and competition rules can be downloaded from www.prixcreateursbcvs.ch. Applications must be returned to Promotion économique Valais by March 12, 2023.
