Invitation: Service creation workshop for SMEs

Understanding the needs of SMEs to provide a tailored service

Swiss SMEs need to innovate constantly to maintain their competitive edge and sustain their business in an economy with ever-shorter cycles. Innovating often requires breaking with the models that have made them successful, questioning themselves and changing their attitude. Alp ICT and MAJ would like to join forces to create a pragmatic innovation program for SMEs, enabling them to better anticipate the market, guard against the threat of startups in their industry, and increase their return on investment.

The workshop will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2019, 2pm-5pm at BlueBox, Plan-les-Ouates.

The aim of this co-construction workshop is todevelop the most appropriate offer for SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly in terms of the following parameters:
- Format / modus operandi
- Frequency / involvement
- Price / remuneration

To do this, we'll identify the problems that managers face, the resources they have at their disposal, and carry out a design thinking session on the different formats/solutions we could propose.
