Inoprod chooses EPFL Innovation Park to offer its digital twins

Inoprod, an engineering company with operations in France and Canada, is now offering its digital simulation services (machines, islands, plants) to Swiss manufacturers.

Whether you design machines or manage production lines, you've probably heard of simulation and digital twins. Imagine if this dynamic, intelligent and configurable 3D representation became a real decision-making tool. How many prototypes saved, design errors avoided and time saved!

There are an ever-increasing number of use cases:

• Validation of a production line's capabilities by running several scenarios on the line's digital twin,
• Simulation of self-guided vehicle fleets, to validate PLC programs before putting them into production,
