The Future of Health Grant is now open for applications! Start-ups in the early stages of their development will benefit from financial support of up to CHF 90,000 per project, as well as personalized coaching and follow-up.Applications open until August 15, 2023.
Supporting digital health startups in Switzerland
Health is a fundamental human right, and digital health has the potential to transform the way we deliver care, making it more patient-centric, efficient and effective. In Switzerland, the CSS insurance group is committed to supporting entrepreneurs and their innovative ideas through its Future of Health Grant program in collaboration with the EPFL Innovation Park.
The program focuses on practical, tailor-made support, thanks in particular to a unique network of partners (hospitals, insurers, universities and consultancies, among others) and skills that meet the specific needs of each start-up to foster collaboration and innovation, and thus ensure tangible growth and value for money. Grants are designed to provide financial assistance to start-ups according to their level of maturity:
- Concept - The "ignition" grant
- MVP (Most Valuable Product) - The "POC" (Proof Of Concept) grant
- Last Stage - The "Validation" grant (antechamber to the CSS Corporate Venture Fund)
Startups can accumulate grants as they reach these levels. A steering committee makes the final decision on grant allocation.
