FPRE and STREETS sign new partnership to benefit the entire Swiss real estate industry
STREETS enhances its analytical Dashboards and functionalities with FPRE's data and expertise
Consulting and research firm Fahrländer Partner (FPRE) and STREETS, the Portfolio Management System, have announced a new partnership. This collaboration is in line with the recent developments of these two independent entities, and brings real added value to the customers, contributors and partners of both companies in the real estate sector in Switzerland and soon abroad.
The data and analyses produced by FPRE (ratings, current and future macro-situation analysis, etc.) will be integrated into the STREETS Portfolio Management System. The scope covers residential, office, commercial and industrial real estate, as well as analyses of specific micro-situations throughout Switzerland.
This analytical information is based on a combination of real data, statistical models and market observation.
STREETS' analytical dashboards and functionalities will also be enhanced by FPRE benchmarks for net and gross rents and advance charges, as well as for vacancy rates and detailed location analyses.
Comprehensive reports based on municipal analyses and macro-situation ratings will also be available directly on the STREETS platform in three languages (French, German and English). These first integrations mark the beginning, and several new features and functionalities are currently being studied or developed. These will be presented shortly.
