Digital and social innovation" workshop

June 23, 2020 - June 23, 2020
HEG Geneva
The event is over

This workshop is part of the Interreg Innovation Ouverte et Prospective project, which aims to boost open innovation among SMEs in the digital and social economy sectors in the cross-border region. The aim of the project is to develop a collaborative foresight platform to help local companies consider their future development prospects, and to encourage the deployment of open innovation projects on a Franco-Swiss scale. Find out more about the IOP project in this flyer.

The workshop will focus on a theme common to both economies (SSE and digital): digital and soci(etal)ale innovation, with two interconnected lines of thought: What contributions can digital make to the possible futures of the social and solidarity economy? What social and societal impact will digital technology have tomorrow? Together, we'll draw up forward-looking scenarios around this theme to reveal new avenues for open innovation. We will also take the opportunity to discuss what a collaborative foresight platform could offer to boost open innovation among SMEs in the cross-border region.

The workshop is open to SMEs in the digital economy and the social economy, as well as to any stakeholder wishing to contribute to boosting open innovation between SMEs.

If you'd like to take part, please write to Léa Chaussis at lea.chaussis@hesge.ch, giving your name, current position and whether you're active in the digital and/or social economy (if so).
