The EHL, the Service for the Promotion of the Economy and Innovation (SPEI), and Vaud Promotion are continuing, as part of the Flagship Resilient Tourism program, the call for projects aimed at accelerating the digital transition of tourism stakeholders in Vaud. The initiative is mainly aimed at SMEs, start-ups, hotels, restaurants, tourism associations, tourist offices, and tourism service providers based in the canton of Vaud who wish to innovate and integrate digital solutions to develop their activities.

In a context where digitalization is profoundly transforming travelers' expectations and the operating methods of tourism stakeholders, this call for projects aims to encourage the adoption of innovative solutions—whether data platforms, artificial intelligence tools, automation solutions, digital marketing, or e-business. The goal is to enable the companies concerned to rethink their operations, improve the customer experience, better understand their visitors, optimize their management, and diversify their distribution channels.

This program offers comprehensive support over six months: coaching from experts from EHL and its network (assistance with conceptualization, design, development, and project management), access to group workshops and networking events, as well as a grant of CHF 5,000 that can be used to hire external consultants or purchase technological equipment/software.

For SMEs and players in the Vaud tourism sector, this call for proposals represents a real gateway to digital transformation, a major challenge for remaining competitive in a rapidly changing market.
