Call for pilot projects on employability #microlearning until April 15

As part of its mission to support Geneva-based companies, theOPI wants to promote an innovative training approach: microlearning. To demonstrate the effectiveness of this technique, it is launching a call for pilot projects.

Call objectives

This call will fund a pilot project to implement microlearning. Its objectives are :

  • increase companies' agility in acquiring new skills;
  • validate microlearning technology in an industrial environment.

Action financed

The proposals sought under this call for proposals concern employee training on a specific business theme.

It must be convincing, and provide a competitive advantage for the company.

Eligibility criteria

The main criteria are :

  • project led by a company in any economic, industrial or service sector, carrying out its R&D work in the canton of Geneva;
  • project whose objective is to develop the skills/knowledge of its employees.

Financing

For this pilot project, the OPI will pay CHF 15,000 for the services of microlearning experts, identified in advance, to enable the creation of a prototype to be implemented in the company.

The company carrying out the project must provide a specialist with the required knowledge/skills.
