Immersive, flexible and effective, virtual reality training has the potential to train large numbers of employees in critical operations, across different sites and manufacturing methods.

To meet the challenge of training new employees, biopharmaceutical company Lonza has created a virtual reality training laboratory at its Visp site. This VR environment enables the company's workforce to gain experience in areas such as cleanroom behavior and working in a biosafety cabinet, without disrupting commercial production; anytime, anywhere.

The event will conclude with a networking aperitif.
