On June 23, 2026, the startup Skilder, incubated at EPFL’s Trust Village, is organizing a collaborative workshop in Prilly focused on creating sovereign enterprise artificial intelligence. This hands-on after-work event is aimed at executives, managers, and teams looking to build their AI capabilities, automate certain business processes, and regain control over their use of artificial intelligence within a secure and transparent framework.
From Experimentation to Building a Shared Enterprise AI
This workshop aims to build on the company’s existing business expertise to gradually develop a foundation of AI knowledge that teams can put to use. The “first goal” is not simply to test tools, but to understand how to integrate AI into the organization in a way that is self-directed, “monitorable,” and aligned with operational needs.
Among the topics that will be explored in greater depth, you'll learn, in particular, how to:
structure and formalize business skills that can be utilized by AI
design automation solutions that address specific managerial or operational needs
organize and share these skills within a company's organizational chart
address issues related to governance, monitoring, and team adoption of tools
