Employability" Expert Round Table

OPI invites you to a round-table discussion on the theme of employability. OPI has invited four experts from a variety of backgrounds, with complementary skills in both operational and academic areas, to address this topic in a specific and concrete way:

• Antonio Carriero, Chief Digital & Technology Officer - Breitling
• Raphaël H. Cohen, Lecturer - GSEM, University of Geneva
• Serge Hauert, HR Director Industry - Richemont
• Laetitia Kulak, Director - Global HR Talents

They will debate the following major issues in order to initiate and share cross-disciplinary thinking:

• How the company manages to mobilize and motivate its employees in the face of change;
• How the company invests in the employability of its employees in the face of changing professions;
• How the company identifies the skill needs associated with these new professions, and how it recruits new profiles;
• What are the roles of universities and experts in this process?
