The experiment is organized by Open Geneva to imagine concrete projects to transform the microclimatic data (temperature, air quality...) of Greater Geneva into citizen actions.
- Participants can use the data collected by Climatcity, SABRA, ATSF, LogAir, Météoswiss, ATMO Rhone-Alpe/Auvergne and Terrasses Sans Frontières for the hackathon.
- It is intended for all citizens of Greater Geneva, of all ages and profiles.
- It will run from Friday, October 15 (2pm) to Saturday, October 16 (5pm) 2021.
- It will take place on the HEG Geneva premises at the Campus Battelle in Carouge, and the Prototyping part will take place in the Faclab (Centre Universitaire Informatique UNIGE).
This project is part of the MIDAS (MIcroclimate DAta Stories) academic project, carried out with HES-SO Geneva over 3 years.
The aim of the project is to collect and analyze microclimatic data from the Greater Geneva area, transforming them into tools for scientific mediation.
