Silicon Valais 2025
On September 12, 2025, on the Bellevue campus in Sierre, the HES-SO Valais-Wallis is organizing the next edition of Silicon Valais, an annual event dedicated to technology and digital. The event invites students, alumni, companies and start-ups from the region to spend the rest of the day innovating, exchanging ideas and showcasing local talent.
Back to school in Valais
Silicon Valais is one of the highlights of the Valais IT season, and a key opportunity to gain access to the Valais digital ecosystem. The event combines graduation and prize-giving ceremonies - particularly in the ICT category - presentations of student work in business computing, and networking opportunities for companies, start-ups, students, teachers and alumni. The event will also feature a round-table discussion on the theme:
"Talent shortages and the rise of AI: what future for IT professions?"
