RENT SWISS 2025
RENT SWISS is the leading event for professionals in Switzerland's real estate and construction industries. The 6ᵉ edition will be held on April 1 and 2, 2025 at the SwissTech Convention Center at EPFL, Ecublens. The event will be preceded, on March 31, 2025, by the Innovation Award.
With some 40 conferences led by 80 expert speakers, addressing current trends, challenges and opportunities in the real estate and construction markets, nearly 3,000 professionals in attendance and an exhibition area to showcase the latest solutions and innovations, the event represents a real opportunity for all SMEs in the sector.
The program includes talks on topics such as:

communications in the face of the rise of new technologies and

On the 31st, prior to the opening of the main event, 33 start-ups will compete for the Innovation Award. The public will be asked to vote for the winner at the end of the pitch sessions.
