On Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Haute école de gestion Fribourg (HEG-FR) will host the free workshop "Reinforce your strategy". This event is aimed at SME managers, entrepreneurs and project managers wishing to structure or reorient their business strategy in a constantly changing economic environment.
A morning to structure your strategic vision & innovate
This discovery workshop organized by the Swiss Triple Impact program (B Lab Suisse), in collaboration with Carbon Fri (based at the CCIF) will offer an interactive approach to help participants clarify their vision, identify growth levers and draw up a concrete action plan. On the program:
- Analysis of the company's internal and external environment
- Definition of clear, measurable strategic objectives
- Identifying key resources and distinctive skills
- Development of an action plan aligned with the company's vision
