Microsystems have now entered the era of mass production for consumer applications, including cell phones, ICT and disposable medical devices. The problems associated with the production of the latter are of continuing interest to manufacturers. These include tooling for high-volume production of precision parts, highly efficient and reliable automated assembly lines, and test systems for microproducts. There is a fast-growing market for these components and products.

Following the success of the previous 11 editions, the Micronarc Alpine Meeting will continue to focus on innovative equipment, processes and technologies for the manufacture of microproducts.

This 2-day conference is a proven venue for networking and quality discussions in the relaxed atmosphere of Villars, a charming village and ski resort located at an altitude of 1250 meters. The program will include a selection of guest speakers and presentations. A small exhibition will be held in parallel for those wishing to promote their company and products.

The conference will take place on Monday and Tuesday, allowing participants who wish to arrive early to take advantage of the proximity of the lifts, or simply relax for a few days in a relaxed alpine setting. A Monday evening conference dinner at 1800 meters altitude will add a touch of local charm.
