On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, a training course entitled "AI at the service of HR: understand, test, transform" will be held at the École professionnelle commerciale in Delémont. The event is jointly organized by Avenirformation and the Jura Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIJ).
Understand, test & transform: a practical and inspiring program to reinvent the HR function in the age of AI
In a context where artificial intelligence is beginning to penetrate HR processes - recruitment, administrative management, talent development - this training course proposes to go beyond preconceived ideas to explore concrete uses. The program, led by Ms. Justine Dima and Mr. Patrick Wagner, focuses on experimentation: participants will test HR tools (e.g. Abacus, Mosflow, or generative AI modules) through interactive workshops.
The stated objectives include :
- understand the fundamentals and impacts of AI in HR,
- experiment with realistic use cases,
- anticipate the legal, ethical and organizational issues linked to AI in HR.
