On Monday, November 9, 2026, the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG-Genève) will host a new edition of the “Rendez-vous de la HEG-Genève” at its Battelle campus, dedicated to the transformation of organizations through artificial intelligence. Titled “From AI to Results: Organizations Taking Action,” this event—organized in collaboration with the Data & AI Observatory—will bring together several professionals to share concrete experiences and explore the conditions necessary to move beyond experimentation and make AI a true driver of transformation.
From Experimentation to Value Creation: What Lessons Can Businesses Learn?
While artificial intelligence promises productivity gains, its integration across an entire organization raises challenges that go far beyond individual use cases. Identifying relevant use cases, engaging teams, transforming processes, governance, and measuring results: this conference will focus on the approaches taken by organizations that have launched concrete projects with impacts that are already visible or measurable.
The goal will be to compare technological ambitions with operational realities by examining the choices, constraints, and lessons learned that come with putting plans into action, drawing on the insights of four experts:
Pedro Basilio, Entrepreneur at Bavitech Systems
Gilles Burnier, Strategic Innovation Expert at Groupe Mutuel
Ismael Perez, Application Engineer at TPG
Laura Tocmacov, Co-founder & CEO of the impactIA Foundation
For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in French-speaking Switzerland, this event will provide an opportunity to better understand how to structure an AI adoption strategy based on identified business needs, engage employees, and assess the value created beyond mere productivity gains. In particular, feedback from participants will help inform discussions on the organizational, human, and operational conditions necessary to transform isolated initiatives into sustainable projects.
